Currently you get 50 points multiplied by coefficient of number of calls, so that agents with less shifts are not disadvantaged:
Got high drive score in conversation (16+)
Got high interactivity score in conversation (12+)
Got client client's emotion change in a positive direction
Got good patience in a conversation (marker earned)
Got conversation with 2-3 questions from agent
Got conversation with advice for client (like Let me give you advice, recommend, help choosing, give options)
Got conversation with positive words (like Best, Great, Glad to help, Happy, etc)
Got conversation with pricing mentioned at the end
Commented on colleague where they could have prevented cancellation (inbound call)
Commented on colleague where they could better handle “Too expensive” objection (inbound call)
Got conversation where client wanted to "cancel", but at the end job was not cancelled
Got conversation where client said "cancel" and agent asked for reason
Got conversation where client said "too expensive" and agent asked for budget
Got conversation where client said "too expensive" and agent offered discount
